Yager Electric, a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, was founded in 2005 by a group of electricians that identified the lack of Integrity and regard for Honesty to a customer which was rampant within the construction industry. All trades seemed to focus less on what the customer needed and more on the bottom line. With this oppressive self-serving mentality being observed in the majority of contractors today, Matt Yager stepped out of the industry standard of Company first and placed the Customer first at all stages of construction and service. Matt Yager has taken the HARD lessons learned in his time in the Military and brought them to the construction world. These lessons have created the core principles that we currently hold as our daily working foundation.

HONESTY

Yager Electric will always take responsibility for its actions, good or bad. At all stages of the job we WILL ensure that there is never a question of the integrity of our actions and will follow through to the end with the intent of finishing any task given.

KNOWLEDGE

Yager Electric will ensure that its employees are ready to face any job challenges through knowledge. Knowledge of your customer's needs, of the technologies available, that the job and its progression is on the correct path, and always being prepared for any ‘change.’

DUTY

Duty along with personal honor have become a lost principle in our current society and has become something only applied to our armed forces. Its foundation is anchored in the belief that the completion of any task, large or small, must be rooted in the personal honor of the individual completing the task.
