Yager Electric was built on a simple idea, put the customer first and stand behind the work every time.

Founded by electricians who saw a lack of integrity and honesty across the construction industry, the company was created to take a different approach. Instead of focusing on volume or short-term gain, the focus has always been on doing the job right and following through from start to finish.

Yager Electric was incorporated in May of 2010, and continues to operate with the same mindset that it was founded on.

The way we approach our work is shaped by real-world experience, including lessons carried over from military service. Those lessons continue to influence how we plan, communicate, and execute every job.

At its core, the expectation is simple, take responsibility, be prepared, and follow through.

Honesty

We take responsibility for our actions, good or bad. At every stage of a project, we work to ensure there is no question about the integrity of what we are doing, and we follow through until the job is complete.

Knowledge

We prepare our team to meet the challenges of each job, understanding the needs of the customer, the systems being installed, and staying ready to adapt as conditions change.

Duty

Every task, large or small, is approached with a sense of responsibility and personal accountability. The expectation is simple, finish what is started and do it the right way.

Service Area and Long-Term Partnerships

Yager Electric primarily serves Northeastern Indiana, including Lagrange, Steuben, Noble, DeKalb, Whitley, Allen, Wabash, Huntington, Wells, Adams, Grant, Blackford, and Jay counties.

We are also willing to travel for trusted partners. When strong relationships are in place, we are committed to supporting those teams wherever the project takes us.

Our focus is on building long-term relationships with contractors and partners who value accountability, coordination, and doing the work the right way.
